Responsible for generating review workflows for engineer reviews and project submissions
Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on modelling progress
Develop project modelling & drafting templates, block and BIM families
Maintain up-to-date models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with BIM Coordinator to perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with the design team
Develop schedules and take-off from the model for BOQ support and other project uses
Responsible for hosting and maintaining project BIM models in CDE (Autodesk Construction Cloud – ACC)
Ensure models comply with industry standards and project specifications
Develop detailed 3D models of HVAC & PHE systems using Revit
Assist in preparing and presenting project documentation and visualizations
Update models and drawings based on engineer comments
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
Develop drawing outputs from the BIM model
