Conduct preliminary diligence on potential solar sites
Receive and evaluate introductory calls from potential landowners
Negotiate and sign leases with landowners of identified sites for solar development
Organize and maintain files and project records using Pivot’s databases and project management software
Coordinate with GIS and Marketing departments to create and execute direct-mail, omni-channel, and cold-call campaigns to prospective landowners
Evaluate the viability of sites through site visits and desktop diligence review.

3+ years of solar land acquisition experience, or supplemental related professional experience
Self-starter who can work independently and with a team
Strong computer skills in all basic programs, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, GIS tools preferred.
Ability to travel, make own travel arrangements, and be self-reliant
Honesty – Be truthful and transparent, externally and internally
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage complex evaluation processes for a significant number of potential sites to inform sound site selection and decision making
Experience or education with real estate and/or energy development
Excellent communication and public relations skills
Positive attitude and ability to enhance the company’s reputation through interpersonal interactions
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to sites
