Maintain, monitor, and track all quality control documents and quality management records as required by the quality management plan and contract requirements.
Assist with the identification and rectification of nonconforming work and management of the Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) system.
Shall abide by Atlas health and safety policies and procedures.
Manage and lead in the planning and implementation of audits on subcontractors, suppliers, and internal processes to assess compliance with the quality management plan, as well a regulatory requirement.
Manage and oversee construction quality activities, such as Construction Engineering and Inspection, materials testing, and construction record keeping.
Develop and implement quality training for new personnel.
Attend construction and quality meetings as required.
Ensure project compliance with the quality management plan and with federal, state, local regulations, as well compliance with ISO 9001 guidelines and other appropriate quality standards
Assist with the identification and improvement of processes and remedy of issues that produce, or may produce, systemic nonconforming work.
Maintaining an awareness of safety and health requirements and assuring compliance with applicable regulations and construction contract provisions for the protection of the public and construction project personnel.
Develop and manage quality control and quality assurance management plans for large complex transportation projects.
Work to continuously improve the construction quality control/quality assurance program.
Performing and assisting in all aspects of required office construction engineering work including setting up and maintaining project files, processing documents and progress payments, as necessary.

Shall possess a valid Georgia Driver's license.
