Manage daily job site activities, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on commercial construction sites.
Supervise and support HVAC crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and vendors.
Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
5+ years of experience as an HVAC Foreman (pipefitting, sheet metal, or technician roles).
Experience with project management software (FieldWire, Procore, Autodesk).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bilingual (a plus but not required)
