Lab Assistant

Description

• Sterilize, sanitize, and operate bench and pilot scale bioreactors.
• Maintain accurate and complete records consistent with company policy and legal requirements.
• Cultivate mammalian cells using aseptic techniques in bench and pilot scale bioreactors.
• Produce various nonclinical reagents in support of research and development activities.
• Hydrate an array of medium and buffer inventory.
• Conduct daily sampling of bioreactors.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Experience in inventory management or media/buffer preparation is a plus.
• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in science or engineering.
• 0-2+ years of experience, or a combination of training and experience.
• Previous laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience in cell culture and media preparation.
