Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications with awareness of various construction management applications such as Procore, Vista, Bluebeam, etc.

Extremely organized and detail-oriented focus for managing multiple project tracking and maintaining accurate file structure related to administrative tasks.

Demonstrates accountability and teamwork through following instructions, policies, and procedures. Meets all standards, deadlines, and work schedules through being reliable on the jobsite.
This is a position for recent graduates of 4-year college program and/or new hires with little to no previous experience in Construction Management;
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication with a high standard of customer focus.
One to three (3) years of experience in commercial construction or qualified internship experience.
Open to periodic travel
Proven self-drive for results by asking for and using feedback to improve performance. Seeks and acquires new competencies, work methods, ideas, and information that will improve own efficiency and effectiveness on the job
Basic knowledge of broad construction theories including but not limited to: take-off, scheduling, pre-construction, personnel management, progression of a construction project, data-gathering, reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings
