Distribution Systems and Wastewater Systems Experience
Ability to work with Owner’s representative through the planning, design and construction phases
Certifications related to project management - preferred but not required
Must be physically able to operate a variety of job-related machines and/or Office Equipment
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other applied subject
Experience in client service management
Valid Georgia Driver’s License and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company policy standards
Experience with Capital Improvement Programs (CIP)
Client management, effectively communicating with clients to develop collaborative solutions
Requires the ability to exert light physical effort including, but not limited to, lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling, etc. of objects and materials of light weight (generally 25 pounds and less)
NASSCO certified (MACP and PACP) - preferred
Willingness to travel as required
Working knowledge of ArcGIS with associated production of maps, files, and lists
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 5 years’ technical experience in water/wastewater system assessment, design, and construction
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel programs
Familiar with Project Management Information System (PMIS) software
Experience with various contracts: Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build (DB), Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR), Progressive-Design-Build (PDB).
May involve extended periods of time in seated position up to 75% of the workday at a keyboard or workstation
Ability to stand at least 25% of workday
Professional Engineer (PE) - preferred
