- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support quality teams for process audits and control. Support supplier process audit and vendor development. Support in capex project execution.
- Support factory teams to fully comply with the process parameters. Work with production and QA teams to clarify the issues and ensure that right process is followed in the factory. Work with QA teams to enhance check points and control mechanism as necessary to avoid any deviation.
- Actively participate in process FMEAs. Input to operations teams for EOC related with manufacturing capability.
- Lead/ support continuous improvement projects related with productivity as well quality improvement.
- You will also lead the investigation and RCAs with deeper analysis of process records, in case of NCRs, failures, or quality issues. You will be collaborating with GPG process experts, local technical experts, production, and quality teams to ensure implementation of correct production process and reducing Test Failures & COPQ, improving the overall Q&O performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead/support RCA process, with deeper analysis of the issue in case of NCRs or quality issues. Work with GPG experts to roll out latest developments in the process. Also, feedback to experts the suggestions from factory for improvement in the process.

- 12 years of experience in transformers industry. Candidates with 5 years or more experience in engineering /Technology/R&D of power transformers will be preferred.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal customers at all organizational levels.
- Ability to effectively lead, manage, and engage with cross-functional teams with good leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Training of workmen and new engineers and supporting with relevant training material
