Ensure all Suite special requests and needs are met and communicated to management
Thoroughly break-down and clean-up all equipment and supplies following Suite events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage.
Work closely with Pantry expeditor to adhere to quality controls, customer service standards and Suite Attendant support
Responsible for timely delivery of items to Suite Guests that include; food, beverage, dessert cart, small wares and Stadium giveaways
Works with the Suite Attendant to deliver first class customer service to all guests in the Luxury Suites

2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Organized and attentive to detail
Ability to set-up Suite events with attention to service details and departmental standards.

Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment
