The Design Engineer is responsible for the design and production of construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation for Hillpointe’s multi-family development projects that occur in Georgia, Florida, and the Southeast.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of the engineering team
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Performing hydrologic analyses
Develop tree management/landscaping plans, site grading plans, earthwork calculations, erosion and sedimentation control plans, and utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design.

A willingness to learn and work independently.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow (or equivalent), Microsoft Office, Bluebeam
Current EIT, or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
Three years of proven work experience
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential
