- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future projects

- Strong knowledge of land use planning principles and zoning regulations
- Certified Planner (AICP) designation is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Land Use Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field is required; Master's degree is preferred
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and deliver quality results on time
- Proficient in GIS software and planning-related tools
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team members, and the public
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in land use planning or urban development
- Willingness to travel to project sites and local government meetings as needed
