The on‑site Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day‑to‑day upkeep of the apartment community, reporting to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor. This full‑time role works Tuesday through Saturday with on‑call availability for emergencies.
Compensation is based on business needs, experience, skills, and location, and may include a performance‑based bonus program paid bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.
