  • Manage IT & telecoms issues arising, acting as the conduit between the customer and departmental management.
  • To recruit for all vacant positions within the department
  • Work with key stakeholders to understand and develop solutions for IT needs
  • Provide support and guidance to the team to fulfil their duties
  • Promote and maintain general high moral to actively encourage a happy working environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring the IT helpdesk performance and analysis and evaluating to identify trends
  • Monitor the performance of the main external IT support provider and seek to prevent issues from arising
  • Assisting IT Director with strategic projects
  • Oversee large IT projects by coordinating and allocating resources
  • Plan and coordinate annual IT audits across the Group
  • To monitor performance of IT infrastructure and services
  • Managing our annual Cyber Essentials Plus renewal
