Administer lease and accounting tasks for property portfolio in Melbourne office.

Tasks

-Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes. -Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses. -Validation and review of lease documents. -Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database. -General liaison with client and suppliers. -Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates.

What You Bring

-Intermediate MS Excel and Microsoft Suite skills. -Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. -Experience in a similar capacity as a Leasing or Property Administrator. -Strong initiative, adaptability, and willingness to improve processes. -Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
