Technology consulting or digital adoption background are a plus.
Strong experience in designing and implementing (web-based and onsite) trainings or learning programs on a global scale.
Interest in and knowledge of IT technologies, particularly in areas such as Data & AI, Cloud and Cybersecurity & Resilience.
Master’s degree in information systems, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Transformation or a related field.
Strong understanding of didactic concepts and various learning methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, proven track record to involve and integrate stakeholders of different areas and levels.
Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
Self-directed, a very structured work approach and high willingness to learn.
Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical teams with the ability to explain complex technical content in an understandable manner.
Experience and a certificate in the training business or adult education is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to structure complex situations.
