- Conduct comprehensive learning needs analyses in these fields and drive global learning initiatives that do not stop with adoption but are end to end build for adaption & transformation.
- Design and implement tailored learning journeys that effectively combine technical knowledge with practical application. Administrate and optimize the learning portfolio across different learning platforms.
- Stay up to date on trends and innovative training concepts that make complex technical content accessible to our diverse audiences.
- Measure impact across initiatives, improve effectiveness and report to high level management.
- Manage the tech learning portfolio and learning platforms for IT with appropriate learning offerings and formats.
- Align learning initiatives with organizational goals and technological advancements.
- Identify and prioritize relevant learning content and effective methods by collaborating closely with other Siemens/IT learning teams and IT experts, especially in the field of Data & AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity & Resilience (Role modeling “Together unless”).
- Develop and maintain expertise in current IT and tech trends.

- Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Technology consulting or digital adoption background are a plus.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing (web-based and onsite) trainings or learning programs on a global scale.
- Interest in and knowledge of IT technologies, particularly in areas such as Data & AI, Cloud and Cybersecurity & Resilience.
- Master’s degree in information systems, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Transformation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of didactic concepts and various learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, proven track record to involve and integrate stakeholders of different areas and levels.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Self-directed, a very structured work approach and high willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical teams with the ability to explain complex technical content in an understandable manner.
- Experience and a certificate in the training business or adult education is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to structure complex situations.
