Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Maintain organized digital records and financial documentation
• Coordinate with the leadership team and external CPA for quarterly and year-end reporting
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and maintain accurate records
• Handle vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and client invoicing
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting as needed
• Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and local/state/federal tax requirements

• Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting and general ledger structure
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
• 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a professional services or design firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and general Apple software
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually
