Premium student accommodation in central London offering studios, en‑suites, social spaces and all‑inclusive rents.
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Group Sales and Partnerships Manager to lead our academic year and seasonal leasing strategy, with a particular focus on group bookings and B2B partnerships across our central London purpose-built student accommodation portfolio. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving occupancy through targeted outreach, strategic account management, and the execution of block booking campaigns with universities, language schools, short course providers, internship programmes, and corporate partners.
The successful candidate will develop and deliver a summer leasing strategy aimed at securing group bookings from language schools, summer programmes, universities, and corporate clients, while also identifying new opportunities with international education agents, tour operators, and institutional partners. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts will be essential to ensure long-term partnerships, and you will work closely with the marketing team to create tailored account-based campaigns. Alongside this, you will support benchmarking against competitors and help identify new target markets and opportunities for product and service innovation.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or group bookings, ideally within PBSA, hospitality, or education, combined with experience operating within or selling into blue-chip environments and exposure to high-performing sales cultures. Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities are essential. Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven sales strategies is required, alongside the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. An existing network within student accommodation, education, travel, or hospitality, as well as experience with international markets and familiarity with seasonal leasing cycles, would be highly desirable.
