

Provides engineering, procurement, construction and technology solutions to government and industry worldwide.
Key duties include analyzing space requirements, producing detailed space plans, collaborating with architectural and design teams, managing moves, adds, and changes to office layouts, ensuring health and safety standards, implementing quality‑control measures, and facilitating clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a creative, detail‑oriented Space Planner with expertise in layout planning, space utilization, design principles, building codes, furniture systems, and project management, capable of translating concepts into practical, scalable solutions that enhance productivity and support mission success.
Applicants must be U.S. or Australian citizens with a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field, hold a TS/SCI with polygraph or AUS PV clearance, and have at least five years of experience in space planning, facilities management, or interior design, along with CAD proficiency, strong attention to detail, adaptability, and decisive problem‑solving; the position is based in Alice Springs and requires 100% onsite work.
