Associate’s degree in construction management, architectural design, engineering, business, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years relevant experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders at varying levels
Current CDT (Construction Documents Technologist) and DHC (Door Hardware Consultant) certifications or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architectural design, engineering, business, or a related field
Ability to travel up to 50% + within territory
Current AHC (Architectural Hardware Consultant) certification
Prior experience utilizing Sandler sales methodology
