Diplôme d'études secondaires et cours technique spécialisé ou en affaires
Aptitudes interpersonnelles efficaces, particulièrement en communication (verbale et écrite);
Excellentes compétences en organisation, en coordination et en documentation et aptitude à accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois;
Maîtrise du logiciel CAD, un atout;
Expérience et compétences spécifiques en lien avec l'affectation – gestion d'installations, roulement opérationnel, infrastructures d'installations, secteur du service à la clientèle, secteur gouvernemental, etc.;
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante;
Maîtrise de la Suite Office et des logiciels de courrier électronique.
Permis de conduire valide (au besoin)
Compétences supérieures en gestion des relations avec les clients et en service à la clientèle;
Connaissance des processus de réalisation de projets et d'appel d'offres;
Recevoir, traiter et valider les demandes de services reçues par téléphone, par courriel ou en visite sur place et assurer le suivi des appels et des bons de travail au besoin.
Plus d'un an et jusqu'à trois ans d'expérience de travail pertinente
Aptitude à comprendre les contrats, au besoin;
Offrir de l'aide et du soutien aux administrateurs d'installations en ce qui a trait à la réalisation de projets de services aux locataires à petite échelle en évaluant les compétences requises, en contribuant à la sélection des entrepreneurs, en surveillant le rendement, le budget, le contrôle de la qualité et en attribuant les tâches.
