Proven track record of delivering digital design services to industry standards on both large and small-scale infrastructure schemes
Comprehensive knowledge of the design lifecycle and systems integration across transport infrastructure
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Typically, 5+ years’ experience in a CAD engineering role, including leadership or senior responsibilities on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Experience building strong relationships across teams, functions, and external stakeholders
Familiarity with Bentley Open Building Designer and other relevant design platforms
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety in design delivery
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to operate independently and drive team performance
In-depth knowledge of BIM, GIS, and digital engineering tools and methodologies
Awareness of relevant TfL, British and International standards, and industry best practices
Strong leadership, organisational, and mentoring abilities
Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and digital risk management in engineering
Expert proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and ProjectWise for 2D and 3D design
Strong understanding of civil/structural engineering principles and the built environment
