Identify and analyze schedule and cost variances, and recommend corrective actions, to ensure accurate project forecasting.
Prepare and present regular reports on cost, schedule, and risk status to project stakeholders.
Assist in risk management by identifying potential issues and contributing to mitigation strategies.
Support project close-out activities including final cost reporting and lessons learned documentation.
Monitor project progress and performance against baseline schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
Support forecasting and earned value analysis (EVA) to assess project health.
Assist in change management processes including impact analysis and documentation.
Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure accurate data integration.
Reconcile multiple project deliverables including schedule, contract costs, invoicing, production data, and other key performance indicators to ensure alignment and accuracy.

Excellent communication and people skills.
Must have above average to excellent MS Excel skills.
A project management background is highly desired with an emphasis on construction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Experience with utility-scale transmission projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, or related field is desired, but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industry standards such as PMI.
Desire 2+ years of experience in project controls, preferably in electric transmission or large infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., FERC, NERC).
