The Airport Shuttle Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating, executing, and reporting daily operations of the shuttle bus service, providing direction, motivation, and guidance to Bus Operators and Fueler/Cleaners.
- Conduct quality improvement inspections within assigned areas.
- Ensure safety and satisfaction levels meet or exceed expectations.
- Assure the highest quality of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with training and development.
- Provide guidance to Bus Operators and Fueler/Cleaners.
- Monitor rotation of buses in service.
- Deliver courteous customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and giving directions.
- Lead and participate in a team to ensure successful shuttle bus operation.
- Conduct safety observations.
- Complete daily operational reports.
- Report performance issues to management.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with passengers, co‑workers, and managers.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company, clients, and regulators.
- Work various shifts as operations run 24/7.
- Implement corrective action for disciplinary issues and address performance concerns effectively.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members.
- Facilitate open communication between Bus Operators, Fueler/Cleaners, Management, and Supervisors.
- Offer positive coaching to team members.
- Assist with training of team members.
- Oversee adherence to daily and weekly work schedules for Bus Operators and Fueler/Cleaners.
- Report damaged, broken, or out‑of‑work equipment and features.
- Coordinate scheduling for extra client service requests.
- Oversee and perform additional service requests.
- Train all new team members.
- Attend and participate in all meetings and training sessions.
- Complete, validate, and deliver timesheets to the office.
- Assign buses to Bus Operators.
- Assign tasks to Fueler/Cleaners.
- Complete required reports.
- Manage email communications.

Previous dispatch and supervisory experience is required.
- Work from dispatch or in the field.
- Must have a valid CDL A/B with Passenger Endorsement.
- Preferred: Customer service experience.

Benefits
