- Conduct daily tool box talk, safety induction, and develop all the required
- Inspect and maintain the entire work area in safe and healthy condition. And
- Provide inputs to superiors on the feasibility of implementing the same in the Organization
- Survey the environment for latest developments and best practices in construction equipment, techniques and tools;
- To Ensure Proper Housekeeping at work areas i.e., clear of debris, Store all construction materials safely etc
- Interact with Auditors, Govt. officials for HSE related functions and other stakeholders of the project
- Ensure all contractors are aware of the plan and are following it.
- Takes an active leadership role in addressing HSE performance and response to
- Contribute to the Knowledge Management initiatives of the Department
- Interact with external consultants, Vendors / contractors for smooth execution of the projects.
- Monitor compliance with occupational health standards and welfare arrangements.
- documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE management system.
- Meetings with the key managers on work practices and Project HSE Issues.
