The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role involves servicing, repairing, and replacing a range of automatic and manual door systems, including ADA operators, swing, sliding, folding doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow‑metal and storefront doors. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, with AAADM certification preferred.
The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills for partition framing and door/window installation, and a clean driving record for company vehicles. They must be able to manage multiple projects, work under time constraints, and thrive both independently and in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and a professional attitude.
Experience with door manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is considered a plus. The position demands a service‑oriented mindset, adaptability to a fast‑paced work setting, and consistent adherence to safety and quality processes.
