Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and utility providers to resolve site issues.
Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising civil works related to cable trenching, ducting, and backfilling.
Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities and maintain records of inspections and approvals.
Review and verify civil work method statements, inspection requests, and material submittals.
Assist in resolving technical issues and providing on-site engineering solutions.
Support in managing quality control and ensuring timely completion of civil works.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and quality standards.
5–8 years of experience in civil supervision, preferably in underground cable or utility infrastructure projects.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Familiarity with local authority regulations and permitting processes.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
