Provide back-up duties to the Superintendent, conduct site visits with the customer, pre-occupancy walk-throughs, etc.
Ensure overall quality of projects meet Bedrock Homes Quality standard.
Conduct employee orientations and safety meetings.
Keep track of material stock and order.
Secure sites at the end of the shifts.
Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance.
Supervise work performed on all sites assigned, and coordinate and assists in holding trades accountable for their time on site.
Resolve onsite issues and emergencies.
Perform preliminary inspections on the trades work before the Quality Control inspection.
Perform site inspections on jobs including sub-contracted work.
Control overall safety of all designated sites, ensuring Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements are enforced.
Provide backup leadership to the Superintendent, particularly when they are away from site, appropriately operating as eyes, ears, and voice of the organization.
