- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently process payments using our POS system.
- Present menus and expertly guide guests through our wine and beer selections.
- Conduct informative and engaging wine tastings, sharing the stories behind our vineyards and winemaking process.
- Uphold all ABC regulations and responsible beverage service standards.
- Serve beverages, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, confidently answering questions.
- Greet and welcome all guests with genuine enthusiasm.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown for private events as needed.
- Maintain the pristine cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, bar service area, and patio areas, including polishing glassware and restocking supplies.

- You are reliable, punctual, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You have a genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive experiences for people.
- Previous experience in a winery, tasting room, upscale restaurant, or craft bar is highly preferred.
- You are able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
- You are a natural communicator-charismatic, professional, and attentive.
- You are eager to learn about wine and share that knowledge with others.
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You have, or can obtain, a valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification and a California Food Handler's Certificate.
- You can stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. (equivalent to a case of wine).
