Proven history leading diverse multi-disciplinary teams of field based staff and ability to foster strong connections across multiple deployed teams delivering construction management projects.
Experience working for various local, state and federal transportation agencies, specifically NYCT/MTA C&D. as Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach County, and/or Broward County, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA), Port Everglades, and other peer agencies across the Transportation, Water and Building sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field with 20 years of experience minimum with a P.E. license, CCM or AIA.
Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
Project Management Procedures (PMP’s) and Project Management Guidelines (PMG’s) familiarity a plus.
Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
