The primary need is for someone who can take a leading role on IPOs, Secondary market raising, drafting prospectus docs and advising brokers on underwritings – however, if you have a broader practice across M&A, private equity or corporate advisory, this role can be moulded to give you a split across those areas as well.

As a Legal Recruitment specialist with over 20 years experience I can guarantee your application is in good hands. The market is small and confidentiality is key. Although based in Brisbane the work is very much coming from Sydney, Melbourne and overseas investors and business owners. There is no requirement to bring any relationships across with you, or onus on you to win work, as there is already more than enough pipeline and clients here, but we are ideally looking for someone who has the right personality for client-facing work and enthusiasm to step up to Partnership.
