What you would be doing

- Proactively monitor engineer's activity to ensure that you touch base with all your engineers' daily, ensuring early dispatch & attendance of first job & monitor throughout the day to ensure job completion
- Work closely with your manager to meet customer expectations
- Taking ownership of each job from start to completion
- Liaise with key clients over the phone to enhance both internal & external working relationships
- Build and maintain good working relationships with your Engineers, to ensure all calls are actioned accordingly
- Scheduling of all work within your region in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Retrieve all phone and email messages and process accordingly within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time to allow invoice to be created

- Previous scheduling background (favourable)
- Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers
- Experience of Scheduling Field based colleagues, such as Engineers would be an ideal background, however, other similar industry experience would definitely be considered and welcomed
- Basic Salary - £25,000 - 26,000 per annum
