Participate in project meetings and site walkthroughs, discussing progress, challenges, and compliance-related issues with stakeholders.

Minimum of one of the ICC certifications (ICC Masonry, ICC Reinforced Concrete, ICC Soils).
Exposure to environmental elements including dirt, dust, sun, heat, humidity, and adverse weather conditions.
Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications with the ability to analyze and apply engineering principles.
Moderate to loud noise levels, common in active construction and industrial environments.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Ability to use your senses to see (including close, distant, and peripheral vison, depth vision, and ability to focus) smell, hear, touch (use hands to reach climb or balance, crouch, stoop, crawl, kneel and sit).
Ability to bend, twist, reach, stoop, pull, kneel, climb, balance, lift, carry, and push as required for fieldwork and inspections.
Ability to stand, walk, drive, and operate equipment for extended periods.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ability to lift and/or carry 35 to 75 lbs. up to 75 feet, involving regular repetitive motion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both field and office environments, adapting to changing project demands.
Familiarity with inspection and reporting software tools.
Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures to ensure adherence to design and industry standards.
Frequent use of hands and arms for typing, handling tools, and operating equipment.
Experience in infrastructure construction is highly valued.
1+ year(s) relevant experience performing special inspections on at least one type of construction material (such as soils, masonry, concrete, structural steel).
Ability to speak and hear effectively to communicate in noisy environments and with project teams.
Flexibility to travel within the designated region as needed to support inspections, compliance efforts, and business operations is a must.
