Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, attorneys, CPAs, and administrative agencies to ensure funding compliance.
Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems and propose solutions related to funding and regulatory requirements.
Application & Submission: Prepare and submit accurate grant applications and all related documentation.
Financial Auditing Support: Prepare and/or support preparation of expense reports for auditors.

Analytical Skills: Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel/spreadsheets.
Grants Management: Demonstrated ability to manage the grant application, reporting, and compliance process from start to finish.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with OPSC and CDE online systems , and coding concepts/database structures to support grant tracking.
Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of public school facility program regulations and public construction requirements.
5+ Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with California state funding programs.
