Partner with clients, designers, and stakeholders to resolve design and constructability challenges
Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6, including monthly and weekly look-ahead planning
Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and field crews
Support project pursuits with input on logistics, constructability, and schedule strategy
Coordinate field activities, including self-performed work (SPW) and all trade scopes
Lead day-to-day field operations with a focus on schedule, safety, quality, and logistics
Build a strong, positive field culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results
Promote XL’s safety culture and maintain the highest level of jobsite safety compliance
Facilitate jobsite meetings including trade huddles, OACs, and site walks
Lead pre-task planning, daily milestone identification, and crew alignment
Manage field staffing plans and align resources with production and project goals

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a collaborative field culture
