The temporary Leasing Professional role provides a gateway to long‑term opportunities with the industry’s leading property‑management firm. The position is responsible for executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while serving as the primary point of contact for prospective residents.
Leasing professionals are expected to uphold Greystar’s high professional and ethical standards, delivering exceptional service to residents, prospects, and guests. They collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and other teams to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Compensation includes a base salary with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance. Temporary team members receive an Employee Assistance Program and paid sick time, with additional benefits varying for union and prevailing‑wage roles.
