Senior Project Manager

Description

• Tracking costs and performance using HeavyJob and other industry-standard tools.
• Supporting field operations and superintendents to ensure alignment between scope and execution.
• Deep excavation and SOE for institutional builds with soldier piles, lagging, and rock removal (~$9M).
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules.
• Attending project meetings and maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Innovation: Leverage drone data and advanced tracking tools to drive efficiency.
• Leading project coordination with general contractors, engineers, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil, sitework, or utility construction.
• Proficiency with project management tools (HeavyJob, Procore, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Known for tackling challenging, high-profile projects across Connecticut and New York.
• Plus, a robust pipeline of large warehouse and multifamily projects, including scopes up to 1.2M CY.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
