- Technical Support: Provide first-line support for staff on software-related issues. Assist users with software navigation and problem resolution. Document and escalate issues to the software company’s support. Maintain accurate records and logs of support requests and resolutions.
- Reporting/Data Management: Ensure all data within the operations management software is clean and accurate. Manually edit and clean up data as necessary. Implement and maintain data quality standards and procedures. Regularly audit data to identify and correct any discrepancies. Understand and utilize database structures, excel, and data analysis. Build reports for Management.
- User Assistance: Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users. Develop and distribute user guides, documentation, and video instructions. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
