Review potential locations for grid-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects
Manipulate parcel data and map structures based on aerial imagery
Add and update spatial data layers to improve site identification and evaluation, using ArcGIS Pro
Attend meetings, collaborate, and coordinate with cross functional teams and stakeholders

Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
The internship term will run from January 2026 to May 2026. Please note that this role follows ENGIE’s hybrid in-office work policy in the Santa Barbara, CA office requiring regular on-site presence—it is not eligible for remote work
Ability to think analytically, present ideas professionally, and work in project teams
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Must be at least a junior or senior working toward a graduate or undergraduate degree in environmental science, computer science, or data science, or in a closely related field in which you have college level course experience of ArcGIS Pro, ESRI products, and proficiency with EXCEL
