The role involves flexible, team‑oriented work with a schedule of 12 hour shifts from Monday to Saturday, 06:00‑08:00. Employees receive 20 days of holiday plus 8 banking holidays (pro rata), an Employee Assistance Programme, the Hastee Pay App, a uniform, full training, and a salary of £13.40 per hour.
