Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect Team Lead, located in Hauz Khas. The Architect Team Lead will oversee day-to-day project management, lead architectural teams, and manage workflows. The role involves ensuring projects align with design intents, coordinating with clients and internal teams, integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM), and adhering to timelines and quality benchmarks. The Architect Team Lead will also be responsible for fostering collaboration and maintaining efficiency within the team.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and coordination abilities with clients and multidisciplinary teams. -Prior experience in a leadership role in architecture or design is a plus. -Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related technologies. -Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams. -Background in software tools and development relevant to architecture and design projects. -Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. -Competency in project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. -Proficiency in architectural design, project planning, and execution.
