- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory frameworks relevant to health, safety and environment
- Proven experience in complex human factor analysis and application of diverse tools and techniques
- Degree in Occupational Psychology or equivalent
- Chartered Member of IOSH or working towards Chartered status
- Familiarity with safety culture measurement and improvement methodologies
- Ability to confidently deliver training and facilitate workshops with varied stakeholder groups
- Specialism in Behavioural Safety is desirable
- Professional expertise in human factors disciplines such as Occupational Psychology or Ergonomics
