Support, advise, and monitor V2X TAM team members (10 to 12 people) to ensure program success. Advise task order management on requirements and resources as needed.
Support development of Agency-level logistics policies and processes for personal and real property management. This includes the provision of project management expertise in management and valuation practices within the Federal Government, to include construction, software development, and cost accumulation within automated systems.
Review new and existing asset management course materials for improvements and revision. Including hands-on experiences, worksheets, review games, course objectives, and course agendas.
Monitor and manage NGA property accountability programs in accordance with Department of Defense, NGA and other authoritative guidance
Facilitate and instruct quarterly TAM functions and role-based training to the NGA workforce based on the required functions identified to manage assets in a property system including Managers, Asset Custodians, Program Asset Managers, Contracting Officers, and Program Managers
Validate and track certifications of all Asset Custodians and Program Asset Managers and report metrics within PeopleSoft property system.

Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM)

Effective oral and written communication; customer service; and program planning
Bachelors in Business, Supply-chain, Education or Related Technical Field
Minimum 10 years of demonstrated expertise in Leadership, Management, and Logistics Operations
