Implement BIM Execution Plans for each architecture and planning project Assist in the mentoring of trainee and junior BIM Model Authors , fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
Develop and maintain the Building Information Models for design deliverables based on technical designs and sketches by utilizing advanced knowledge of relevant design and drafting principles.
Coordinate modelling, documentation and design efforts within the architecture team and across multiple disciplines.
Validate and manage project requirements related to BIM and digital deliverables.
Develop and refine BIM workflows in coordination with UAE offices and the global organization.
Establish and maintain a global network of BIM contacts within the wider GHD practice to support collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Implementation of BIM Management systems across the organization in accordance with internal standards and ISO 19650.
Establishing and maintaining a centralized platform (CDE) for collaborative data sharing. The CDE serves as a secure repository where all project stakeholders can access, contribute, and manage project-related information.
Coordinating with the Quality and Delivery Manager to ensure BIM processes align with project quality objectives.
Facilitating strategic BIM initiatives and cross-team communication.
Advise management and staff on BIM advancements, tools, and best practices to continuously improve BIM capabilities and output quality.
Manage project BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.

Strong understanding of architectural systems, planning techniques, and local building codes and regulations (UAE knowledge preferred).
Ability to work without direct supervision on modelling and documentation processes and tasks.
Team player, cooperative with other staff, including open sharing of information and knowledge.
Ability to meet challenging deadlines and delegate tasks to staff in cooperation with the architecture and project management teams.
Excellent level of presentation and communication skills – both oral and written. Proven expertise in BIM coordination with technical proficiency in BIM LOD 300, with knowledge of 400 and 500.
Excellent judgement and decisiveness.
Expertise in BIM clash detection workflows and prioritization to support seamless project delivery.
A degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field is required.
