As a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will manage account reviews and conduct claims follow‑up, including resubmitting claims, engaging with insurers, and analyzing remittance data to address denials.
You will collaborate with teammates to ensure high‑quality work, meet productivity and quality benchmarks, and comply with information‑security policies.
- Review patient ledgers, verify insurance eligibility, and take appropriate follow‑up actions to collect balances.
- Resubmit claims, contact insurance companies, and analyze remittances to resolve rejections and denials.
- Investigate claim status via insurer portals and phone calls, identify appeal actions, and address denial trends.
- Meet or exceed daily/monthly productivity and quality targets while adhering to client SLAs.
- Follow information‑security policies and report any security incidents.

The role is part of the EBO Accounts Receivable team in India, with no travel or clearance requirements.
The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, at least two years of revenue‑cycle experience (including one year of A/R follow‑up), solid understanding of US healthcare payor systems, and strong communication, analytical, and technical skills.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of revenue‑cycle experience, including 1 year of A/R follow‑up.
- Possess strong knowledge of US Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and medical billing terminology.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
