Design and support migration efforts from multiple source environment technologies to corporate standard infrastructure. Background in Quest OnDemand, BitTitan and Sharegate
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate M365 services with other enterprise applications.
Planning, configuring and managing Messaging security, administrative security and auditing.

Expertise in providing solutions for High Availability in Exchange.
Proven experience in supporting a variety of IT infrastructure projects and in interfacing with business leaders. Ability to lead large, complex projects with cross-business unit project teams and suppliers.
Advance knowledge and use of PowerShell for scripting and automation
Knowledge in Synchronizing Directory from On-premises to Office 365 using different Identities as per business needs.
Exchange Server Administration: Expertise in managing and maintaining on-premise Exchange Server environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Experience in Security and Compliance by Managing Data loss prevention and Data governance.
Expertise in configuring and deploying ATP, DLP and Threat Protection Policies for SPAM, PHISH and Malware
7-10 years of experience in IT and/or IT related field
Strong knowledge and use of PowerShell
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, be a team player, meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
Experience with on-premise to O365 cloud solutions
Experience Office 365 migrations and hybrid solutions.
Strong knowledge email security framework DKIM, DMARC and SPF
Individual must be highly motivated, results-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Expertise in migration of Microsoft messaging technologies of newer versions.
Migration from ON - premises to online Office 365.
Proficient in message tracking and troubleshooting to resolve mail delivery issues.
Strong oral, written communications and presentation skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and technical skills are essential.
Strong knowledge of Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DKIM and DMARC
Must be fluent in both German and English languages
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration, App management, policy creation and 3rd party integration
