We’re seeking a Project Manager with multidisciplinary expertise in fire engineering, water hygiene, asbestos management. You’ll lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring structural integrity while embedding compliance with Building Regulations, British Standards, and statutory safety frameworks. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects within the programme. Working under the guidance of the Programme Manager (Prog Mgr), the PM ensures that project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The PM is the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and coordinates with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
