Join a dynamic engineering team focused on developing and validating next-generation electric powertrain systems. This role bridges design and testing, ensuring technical risks are identified, prioritized, and mitigated through simulation and physical validation strategies.

  • Coordinate with component and subsystem teams to gather system readiness data.
  • Recommend simulation or physical test activities to mitigate risks, balancing cost and timing.
  • Work closely with design, validation, and program teams to align on validation strategies.
  • Communicate technical risks and mitigation plans effectively to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and track issue resolution across multiple ePowertrain programs.
  • Analyze DFMEAs to identify and prioritize high-risk failure modes using RPN.
  • Reliability Forecasting
  • Develop validation status reports and support New Product Introduction (NPI) reviews.
  • Forecast defect rates and develop reliability growth curves to predict system performance and durability.

  • Experience in hardware testing (e.g., fuel systems, engines, vehicles).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Familiarity with project forecasting (test duration, instrumentation, resource planning).
  • Exposure to electric drivetrain systems and physics-based simulations is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
