The role coordinates cross‑functional teams and collaborates with partners to enhance project bids and execution.

- Oversee proposal development across bid windows, coordinating matrixed engineering teams to create and evaluate design alternatives.
- Support execution of awarded projects and collaborate with standards engineers to develop new engineering concepts.
- Coordinate with joint‑venture partners and ensure compliance with permitting, erosion control, and stormwater management requirements.
- Apply civil site engineering expertise in grading, drainage, roadway design, retaining walls, surveying, and related software (Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Hydraflow/HydroCAD).
- Travel up to 10 % to field sites within a five‑hour drive for diagnostics and project support; occasional overtime may be required.
