Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Administrator assists with daily administrative operations of the service department at the JCB authorized dealer. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position.
The role involves initiating services and repairs, verifying warranty and contract coverage, developing estimates, preparing and processing work orders, maintaining customer rapport, recording equipment issues, and completing month‑end closing functions.
Gold Coast JCB is the JCB dealer for southeast Florida and is committed to being the best service department in the area. They are seeking a Service Advisor who wants to grow their career with a supportive company and possesses strong diagnostic and communication skills.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have a high school diploma or equivalent (AA preferred), and possess at least three years of service‑advisor experience along with strong customer service skills. Knowledge of equipment maintenance, CDK Global software, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is desired.
