You must have experience working on planning issues across sectors, ideally with experience in the Scottish market. With at least 4 years of experience in the public or private sector, whether in a consultancy, developer or local authority (Development Management) Planning team. It is essential that you have a good use of initiative, a commercial mindset and working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
